How did you wind up selling Firefighter Jewelry?
One of the founders of HLV Inc. has been a firefighter (both volunteer and
professional ) for over 20 years. Using this experience, he knew that firefighters,
and their spouses were constantly seeking unique gifts related to their profession.
The Maltese Cross (item D on our firefighter web page) seems to be especially
popular as a firefighter related gift.
How many football teams do you sell jewelry for?
HLV Inc. sells football jewelry for EVERY professional team in the NFL. All
our jewelry, is available for every team. We have received many compliments

Is all your jewelry 14K Gold?
Most of our jewelry is 14K gold. We do not deal in silver. We can take special orders for some items in white gold if that is desired.
Do you do any custom work?
We are always willing to discuss custom work, and have designed many unique
pieces for many of our customers.
What is your return policy?
HLV Inc. will replace or credit any item you have ordered that you are not completely satisfied with subject to the following. This guarantee is for the cost of the merchandise only and does not include shipping & handling. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days of shipment. Damaged items must be returned immediately upon receipt. Custom orders or any item that has been modified in any way cannot be returned for exchange or credit
