Because our gift certificates are just like cash they must be handled with a method that ensures they have been delivered and received by the appropriate party. Therefore, they will not be "activated" until we have recieved confirmation from the billing party the the gift certificate has been received.

What if I lose my gift certificate?
Gift certificates are just like cash - once activated. However we will work with you if they are lost or stolen, and you have the serial number of the gift certificate..

What is the shipping fee outside the US?
Gift Certificates Ship free within the US. For gift certificate orders outside the US, an additional shipping fee will be calculated, and you will be notified of the additional fee before your credit card will be charged.
