Hi. Thanks for responding. We decided to go with the 14k gold firefighter diamond cut pendant instead. I wanted to take a second to let you know how happy we are with it. Your shipping is great! I ordered it two weeks ago on a Friday evening and it arrived the following Wednesday. It was a birthday gift for my husband and it arrived on his birthday. I had already shown him what I was ordering because I thought it would take much longer to get here and didn't want him to think I had forgetten his gift. Ha! If I had waited, I could have surprised him with it on his birthday! The pendant is beautiful and larger than we expected! We printed a picture of it from the website and took it to a very reputable jeweler in our hometown to see if he could duplicate it or come close using some old gold we had here at home. (He has done that in the past for us.) He told us his labor alone would be more than the pendant would cost. He couldn't touch it for that price and his wouldn't look nearly as good. Since it looked like a great piece to him, he advised us to order it directly from you. We are glad we did. My husband has received many compliments about it from fellow firefighters, family, and acquaintances. He has even had women he doesn't know stop and ask about it. They have literally grabbed his necklace while he was wearing it to get a better look at it! Thanks!
